Application of Leslie Arnold Property 

A proposed boundary line adjustment and a final plat amendment, to remove the current common line between the lots at 260 & 258 West Sleepy Hollow Road, located in the Conservation (C1) District to create a single 6.54-acre lot. In addition to the boundary line adjustment, Ms. Arnold looks to modify the approved 2009 final site plan amendment to reflect the changes in the house location, well, septic tanks, and driveway.  This application looks to go on the December 14th Planning Commission meeting agenda.

Preliminary for a conventional 9-unit residential subdivision located at 60 Colonel Page Road, located in the Low-Density Residential (R1) Zone and Scenic Resource Preservation Overlay (SRPO) District. This application has been continued and awaits a meeting date.

Simple Parcel- Huessy and Laggis are proposing to create a lot by subdividing 10.45 acres from a 114.13-acre parcel, located at 1070 Old Pump Road in the Conservation (C1) Zone. Tax Map 12, Parcel 28. This application has been continued and is going on the November 9th, 2023 Planning Commission Meeting.
