Fleury Road, an existing Class 3 Town Highway within the Town of Essex, and currently listed on the State Highway Map for Essex as Town Highway #708, has recently been surveyed, establishing new limits of Right of Way.
Before accepting the proposed survey, a public hearing shall take place prior to filing the approved survey plat with the Town Clerk for the purpose of the Selectboard to vote and approve the proposed survey layout. State Statute, 19 V.S.A. Section 33f requires a 30-day notice prior to this Public Meeting.
